You will be contacted prior to your surgery with an estimated procedure cost for you surgery. Payment of the estimated procedure cost is expected to be paid in full prior to or on the day of surgery. You will be asked to complete a financial agreement. Any amount that exceeds the estimation paid will be due within 60 days.
